- Think about your goals — what you want to achieve, and by when.
- Define your boundaries — what feels comfortable to you and what doesn't.
- Prepare one recent presentation photo (see below).
- Write a few sentences about yourself — freely, in your own words.
Photos

- A recent, clear photo in good light (e.g. natural daylight).
- A natural shot that presents you — a portrait or a full-figure photo.
- A photo of you alone.
No
- Explicit or nude content — it isn't needed at the application stage.
- ID documents, login credentials, or other sensitive data.
- Photos of other people, or images you don't have the rights to.
- Any material showing people who are not adults.
